STITCHERS POLICIES
Clean Items Requirement

All items submitted for repair or service must be clean. Stitchers reserves the right to refuse service for items that do not meet this requirement. or it will be cleaned and charged for a fee of $50 dollars.
Unclaimed Items

Items left for repair or service must be picked up within three (3) months of notification of completion.

If an item is not picked up within this period:

Stitchers will no longer be responsible for its safekeeping.

The item may be disposed of, donated, or otherwise handled at Stitchers' discretion.

Responsibility for Damaged or Lost Items

Stitchers takes full responsibility for any damage or loss of items caused by Stitchers during the service or repair process.

Compensation for damages will be limited to the value of the service contract or repair fee.
Payment Policy
For Individual Repairs or Services

A 50% advance payment is required when the item is dropped off. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of pick-up.

Alternatively, payment can be made in full at the time of drop-off.
For Large Contracts

A 50% deposit is required to initiate any contract.

Once the contract begins, the deposit is non-refundable, even if the client cancels the contract after signing.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the contract or as agreed upon in the contract terms.
Rush Orders

Rush services may be available for an additional fee of $20.00. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Business Policies

Estimates and Approvals:
Before starting any service, Stitchers will provide an estimate. The client must approve the estimate before work begins. -
Turnaround Time:
Stitchers will provide an estimated completion date for all services. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Clients will be notified of any changes to the timeline. -
Communication:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding promptly to notifications regarding their items. -
Liability Limitations:
Stitchers is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or issues not documented at the time of item drop-off. -
Storage Fee:
After the three-month unclaimed period, Stitchers may charge a storage fee if it agrees to hold the item for an extended period.
